Yummy, Tomato Caprese Bruschetta!

Yummy - and surprisingly quick! (...so quick I forgot to take photos)

1 loaf french bread
olive oil
2 tomatoes (depending on size)
block of mozzarella
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Slice the french bread diagonally, about 1/2 inch thick. Mix together olive oil, garlic, basil and oregano and brush on sliced french bread. Broil on medium for 2-3 minutes.

Slice the tomatoes and mix with basil and balsamic vinagrette in a bowl. Slice mozzarella into 1/4 inch slices. Place the mozzarella on the french bread, followed by the tomato with balsamic.

Ready to eat!! Yum, yum!
